Please fill out the entire registration form, review the consent forms, Code of Conduct, and submit the form. Then pay club dues by clicking the "Club Fee" button below.

  • Log in or create an account – Click the profile icon in the top right corner.

  • Go to “Register” – From the left-hand menu, select RegisterFind a Club.

  • Select your club – Choose who you’re registering, then search for and select Bay Area Pelicans Rugby – Florida Youth and HS Council.

  • Enter registration details – Choose:

    Role: Player

    Registration Type: Youth & HS

    Duration: Season

  • Complete forms & submit payment!

Once registered, an invite will be sent via email shortly after registration. All club information and updates will be shared on this team communication platform. When using this forum, the Code of Conduct, as outlined above, is still applicable and subject to monitoring.

  • Support the team and club in a respectful and constructive manner.

  • Remain in designated areas (i.e. off the sidelines and pitch) throughout matches, practices, and tournaments.

At the St. Pete Pelicans, players train with professional coaches who are dedicated to developing strong, well-rounded youth athletes. Our coaching staff brings deep knowledge of the game—including the rules, safe play practices, and the unique culture of rugby. With a focus on proper technique, player safety, and personal growth, our coaches create a positive and challenging environment where young athletes can thrive both on and off the field.
